Leasify opens a new office in central Ystad as part of its growth strategy
Leasify’s new office is located in central Ystad, at Stora Östergatan 27 – one of the city’s oldest and most well-known streets.
The premises are situated in a distinctive building with a history spanning from the 18th to the 20th century. The property was previously owned by a major furniture company that, for many years, was one of southern Sweden’s leading players in its industry. After the business was discontinued, the building was redeveloped into a mixed-use property comprising offices, retail spaces, and residential units. The historic setting gives the office a unique identity, blending the building’s heritage with a modern working environment.
A historic building becomes a modern workplace
Leasify’s office covers 72 square metres and is designed to include both workspaces and meeting areas. The premises consist of three rooms, where preserved period details contribute to a functional and welcoming working environment.
