Getting started with Leasify is easy, but what does the onboarding process actually look like? Theodor Röhr, Onboarding Manager at Leasify, provides an overview of what you, as a new customer, can expect – from the initial startup meeting to customized training and continuous support.

Begins with a Startup Meeting
– The onboarding process begins with a startup meeting. During this meeting, we work together to identify the customer’s needs, set a timeline, and configure the necessary settings in the service. The goal is to establish a shared understanding of what needs to be done and when, ensuring everyone involved is aligned from the very beginning, explains Theodor.

Collecting and entering materials
Theodor explains that after the startup meeting, we gather all the necessary materials and start entering the information into Leasify's platform. During this phase, we identify any potential questions or challenges that may arise. To ensure the information is accurate and complete, we follow up with an additional review process tailored to the customer's specific needs and situation.

–For smaller customers, with only a few rental and lease agreements, we typically send an email with verification questions to ensure all information is correct, addressing any issues as part of this process. For larger customers, a short review meeting may be needed to discuss any identified errors and plan the next steps. In some cases, a longer meeting might be required to work through and correct agreements directly with the customer.

Customized training to meet your needs
Once all necessary information has been gathered and adjustments made, we move into the training phase. This step is fully customized to align with the customer’s specific needs, ensuring it is both practical and effective. Training can be divided into several sessions or delivered as a comprehensive program. Whether the customer prefers pre-recorded video sessions followed by a Q&A or live training with opportunities for direct interaction, we adapt the format accordingly.

– For customers with unique accounting needs, such as IFRS 16, we focus on the key areas to make the training as relevant and valuable as possible.

Support and guidance for seamless use
